Contacting Stiltskin

Pricing:

All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling (GBP).
All prices are subject to change without notice.
No minimum order.

Post & Packaging:

Carriage is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 for UK mainland destinations, £5.00 European and £10 for the USA
Depending on the availability of stock, we aim to deliver your goods to you within four to five working days for all on-line card payments in the UK, six to seven working days for Europe and the US, and seven to fourteen working days for cheque payments and money orders.
Goods are sent at purchasers risk. Transit insurance can be arranged at extra cost.

Payment

ON-LINE PAYMENTS

Secure on-line payments can be made using any UK credit or debit card through Nochex.com. There is no charge for this service. If your purchase exceeds £100 in total, you will need to sign up for a nochex account.
European and American customers may pay on-line using Paypal. There is no charge for this service.
The information you supply Nochex.com or Paypal is your responsibility. For your own protection, always follow the security guidelines suggested by these companies.
Stiltskin does not collect or store payment card details.
All goods remain the property of Stiltskin until paid for in full.
If an item that you have ordered is unobtainable for the foreseeable future, we shall contact you, either by email or telephone, to offer you a similar alternative. If you choose to decline this offer, we shall be happy to refund the cost of the unobtainable items for which you have paid for.

POSTAL PAYMENTS

Please make cheques or postal orders payable to STILTSKIN.
All money orders and cheques must be made out in UK sterling GBP.
All cheques must be supported with a valid cheque guarantee card.
Any bank charges are your responsibility.
Please, do not sent cash through the post!
All goods remain the property of Stiltskin until paid for in full.
If an item that you have ordered is unobtainable for the foreseeable future, we shall contact you, either by email or telephone, to offer you a similar alternative. If you choose to decline this offer, we shall be happy to refund the cost of the unobtainable items for which you have paid for.

Returns & guarantee

We want you to be totally happy with your new juggling equipment. Therefore, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return it to us within seven days for a refund. This does not include items that have been personalised or made to your specifications; video recordings that you have unsealed; or cost of carriage. To cancel, return the items to us within seven days of delivery, quoting your order number in a covering letter. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not us them.

All equipment comes with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee on parts and labour. Before returning faulty equipment please contact Stiltskin for advice on repairs or replacement.

Your Privacy

When you order goods from us, or otherwise give us personal information, Stiltskin will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed below.

We may contact you regarding your order and with your permission, to alert you to special offers, updated information, other services or events that you may be interested in.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including mailing and delivering purchases. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Stiltskin will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process; Protect and defend the rights or property of Stiltskin; Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of other site users.

Miscellaneous

Weights and measurements given for equipment are close approximations and are only intended as a guide.

For safety reasons, we do not knowingly sell juggling knives or fire props to children or young people under eighteen years of age.

Stiltskin's physical address is for correspondence only and is not open to members of the public.

Wherever possible, goods will be sent in recycled packaging in order to reduce negative impact on the environment.
